SIPstation - No audio or sound on external calls
Implementing FreePBX was pretty straight forward. The one snag we hit was with getting SIP Trunks working. We opted to for SIPstation since it was built in and it turned out to be really easy as it configures the trunks for you and creates the outbound & inbound routes too. It does require a few pretty straight forward tweaks BUT there were a few head-scratchers issues to contend with... ISSUE #1: No audio on any calls to the outside. We tried every possible setting and read every blog. We contacted Sangoma Support and they said that the server was sending both its internal and external IP in the same string. They said to check our SIP NAT Settings as only one IP should be in the sip registration string. We checked and they all seemed perfect.
